Pie Digital, Inc. (here on referred to as "Pie") is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Pie or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, collectively referred to herein as Pie's "services" or "products."

Information We Collect and How We Use It
Once you choose to provide personally identifiable information, that information will only be used in the context of your customer relationship with Pie.

On various Pie web pages you can register to receive further information or request contact. The types of personal information collected in this process are name and contact data. Data collected online may also be combined with information provided during ownership registration of Pie products and services. Pie uses your information to better understand customer needs and continuously improve the level of service provided. Specifically, your information is used to to communicate back to you, to update you on service and benefits, and to personalize Pie's web site. Pie does not sell products or services for purchase by children.

Pie does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of 18. In addition, Pie will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. Pie takes reasonable steps to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. When you use Pie services, we make reasonable efforts to provide you with online access to your registration data so that you may update or correct your information at any time.Although we take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

When you send email or other communications to Pie, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Pie is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, appropriate procedures are in place to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Pie will amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change our privacy policy, Pie will post those changes on this page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email.
